Company Overview

P13 Investments was founded by a team of experienced investors and business operators with a shared vision: to build a different kind of private equity firm that focuses on sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

Unlike traditional private equity models, we take a patient capital approach, holding investments for extended periods to realise their full potential. We believe in preserving company culture and enhancing what already works while implementing strategic improvements.

Our team combines deep operational expertise with financial acumen, allowing us to partner effectively with business owners and management teams. We understand what it takes to build successful businesses because we've done it ourselves.

A word from our Leadership Team

At heart, I’m someone who’s always believed in the power of good businesses and even better people. My background is in quality assurance, where I learned early on that attention to detail and doing things the right way aren’t just nice-to-haves — they’re essential. Over time, that mindset naturally led me into investing and building businesses where those same values matter.

P13 Investments came from a simple idea: find solid, hardworking companies — especially in industries that keep people safe, like security alarms, fire prevention, and fire doors — and give them the support they need to grow. We’re not here to flip businesses or chase flashy numbers. We’re here to build something real and lasting, alongside the people who’ve already put in the hard work to get their companies where they are.

I’m lucky to work with a small but tight-knit team at P13. Everyone brings something different to the table, and we all share the same belief: that every business we partner with deserves respect, care, and a long-term plan that works for them.
